The degree programme in Technologies for Smart Industries (immatriculation from 2023) qualifies graduates to work as Industrial Technicians in the Mechanical Engineering and Energy Efficiency or Electrical Engineering and Automation sectors.
To this end, the training pathway envisages the performance of a Practical Assessment Test (PPV) of the professional skills acquired through the traineeship, aimed at ascertaining the candidate's suitability to practise the profession, which precedes the discussion of the final test (D.I. no. 684 of 24.05.2023).
The PPV is intended to verify the acquisition of the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during the traineeship and on deontology, as well as the operational autonomy required to exercise the profession.
- Type of examination: oral test
- Subjects of the test: analysis of the significant moments of the traineeships of 2nd and 3rd year and topics covered during the deontological training
- Commission: consists of 2 lecturers and 2 representatives of the Order of Surveyors, who will acquire and read the final reports of the two internships.
The student passes the PPV with a passing grade, which does not count towards the degree grade, and allows access to the discussion of the final dissertation.
The PPV is formally treated as an exam.
It is necessary to register on Esse3, as for a normal university examination, but this will only be possible after all other teaching activities, including the internship, have been completed and recorded.
For the academic year 2024/25, the dates of the PPV are as follows:
