Seminario su “New Challenges for Power Measurements with nonsinusoidal and asymmetrical voltages and currents - Currents’ Physical Components (CPC) Theory"

The seminar “New Challenges for Power Measurements with nonsinusoidal and asymmetrical voltages and currents - Currents’ Physical Components (CPC) Theory –“ will be held by Prof. Leszek S.Czarnecki IEEE Life Fellow, Distinguished Professor at Louisiana State University.

The seminar content will be:

  • History of Power Theory Development
  • Introduction to the Currents’ Physical Components (CPC) Theory, in particular applied to single-phase and three-phase three-wire systems characterized by the presence of power converters based on semiconductor devices.
  • Advantages of the CPC Theory in engineering applications with some examples (grid-connected DC-AC converters, AC-DC rectifiers, any kind of nonlinear electrical load, etc… )
